Hans Polte

Hans Polte is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in engineering and project management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Seaport Steel since November 2022, Hans previously held the position of Senior Project Engineer at Precision Castparts from March 2021 to November 2022. With a substantial tenure at Oregon Metal Services from 1999 to 2020, Hans worked as both Operations Manager and Project Engineer. Earlier in Hans's career, a role as Mechanical Engineer at Warn Industries from 1994 to 1998 provided foundational engineering experience. Hans Polte holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Business Administration from Portland State University's School of Business.
