David Nearhouse

David Nearhouse has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. David began their career at Rite Aid in 1988 as a District Manager, leading the planning, development, and execution of business policies. David later worked at US Airways as a Supervisor in Passenger Services, managing the check-in counter and gate operations.

Transitioning to the banking sector, David served as a Collections representative at Credit One Bank, where they initiated outbound calls to delinquent customers and negotiated payment arrangements. David then joined Ford Motor Credit Company as a Loss Prevention Specialist, managing a multi-million dollar portfolio and achieving budget and delinquency goals.

In 2010, David joined Sears Holdings Corporation as a Manager, responsible for sales, marketing, and operational activities. David mentored and coached associates while monitoring sales and inventory. Following this, they worked at Marshall Retail Group as a Manager, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the store's cleanliness and product presentation.

Moving to the hospitality industry, David became the General Manager at Moapa Paiute Travel Plaza, overseeing all operations for the facility, including a retail store, restaurant, gas station, and casino. David increased profits by 400% in the first year and managed all departments, recruiting and coaching staff.
