Nayra Ramos

Nayra Ramos has over 15 years of experience in logistics and customer service, currently serving as an Analista Pleno at Seara since April 2021. In this role, Nayra is responsible for managing third-party warehouses in Itajaí and Navegantes, overseeing loading for export, unloading, and stock analysis. Nayra also schedules and monitors orders for both domestic and international markets, aiming to improve service efficiency through collaboration with operational teams. Previously, Nayra worked at Brasfrigo S/A for nearly 15 years, where responsibilities included managing shipments using the FIFO system and coordinating logistics with export clients. Nayra holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration with a focus on Supply Chain Management and Logistics from Instituto Cenecista Fayal de Ensino Superior and has pursued postgraduate studies in Business Administration and Management. Additionally, Nayra is enhancing English language skills through further education.
