Stella Faye Estrella currently serves as a Program Associate at the Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA) since February 2022. Previously, Stella worked as a Freelance Research Editor at Journal Lab from February 2023 to January 2024, an Instructor I at Don Honorio Ventura State University from March to July 2021, and a Proof Reader at Lexcode from December 2020 to February 2021. Stella is pursuing a Master's degree in Environment and Natural Resources Management at the University of the Philippines Open University (2024 - Present) and holds a Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness Management from the University of the Philippines Los Baños (2015 - 2020). Additionally, Stella was an exchange student in Agricultural Economics at Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry during 2018 - 2019.

The Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA) is a non-profit organization established by the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO) in 1966 with a mandate to build capacities in agricultural and rural development in Southeast Asia. From 2020 to 2025, SEAMEO SEARCA commits to accelerate transformation that elevates the quality of life of agricultural families through sustainable livelihoods and access to modern networks and innovative markets. Carried out in collaboration with key partners and stakeholders, these efforts are intended to contribute to the achievement of the selected United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
