Bill Turner

Bill Turner serves as a Senior Search Associate at Search Associates since August 2016, specializing in connecting educational leaders and teachers with international schools, primarily in the Middle East, Africa, and West Asia. Prior to this role, Bill was the Secondary Headteacher and Principal at Kings' School Al Barsha in Dubai from June 2012 to June 2016, where leadership included overseeing the transition to a new campus. Bill’s experience also includes serving as Middle/High School Principal at GEMS World Academy Dubai from August 2009 to July 2012, where the IB Diploma was introduced, and as Secondary Headteacher at Al Khor International School in Qatar from August 2005 to July 2009, where an A Level program was launched. Educational qualifications include an NPQH, a Master of Education focusing on boys' literacy, and a PGCE in Education, English, and Drama.
