Andrea Hutchinson

Andrea Hutchinson currently serves as the Experience Lead on the People & Culture Team at Further, a data-focused company, since January 2022. Prior to this role, Andrea worked at MRI Software for nearly four years, initially as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and later as a Talent Development Specialist in sales, contributing to the innovative real estate software sector. Additional experience includes positions as an Extreme Networks Account Specialist at Jenne, Inc., vocal coaching at Andrea's Vocal Studio, and music teaching and choir directing at Brecksville-Broadview Heights School District. Andrea's early career involved a counseling role at YMCA of the USA. Andrea holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Teacher Education from Baldwin Wallace University.
