Bhola Prasad Dahal

Bhola Prasad Dahal, PhD, is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in program development and management, particularly in the context of governance, peace building, and community development. Currently serving as Country Director for Search for Common Ground in Nepal since July 2016, Dahal oversees a team of 40 staff and collaborates with various NGOs and media stations to implement initiatives focused on conflict transformation. Previously, Dahal held roles as Governance Advisor at the Royal Norwegian Embassy, Programme Coordinator at the Embassy of Finland, Programme Director at Save the Children, and Programme Coordinator at Nepal Red Cross. Dahal holds a PhD in Development Studies from Kathmandu University and multiple master's degrees in Sociology, Business Administration, and Education.
