Cory Gumm has a strong background in the nonprofit sector, with experience in various leadership roles. Cory currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Search, Inc., a position they have held since 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Keystone Alliance, starting in 2017 as the Senior Division Director - Administrative Services. In this role, they oversaw administrative operations and played a key role in strengthening mission-driven nonprofits. Before joining Keystone Alliance, Cory worked at Glenkirk as the Day Services Division Manager from 2014 to 2017. Their career began at Search, Inc. in 2006, where they started as an AL QSP and later became a Program Coordinator, overseeing direct care staff and case managing a small caseload. Overall, Cory has demonstrated a commitment to serving the nonprofit sector and has gained valuable experience in operations and leadership positions.
Cory Gumm completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Human Services from Millikin University, from 2002 to 2006. Later on, from 2009 to 2012, Cory furthered their education by earning a Master of Nonprofit Administration degree with distinction from North Park University, focusing on Nonprofit Business Administration.
