Carrie Foster is an experienced educational professional with a diverse background in instructional coaching, training, and teaching. Currently serving as an Instructional Coach at BetterLesson and an Instructional Specialist for Minneapolis Public Schools, Carrie supports educators in implementing research-based strategies and enhancing student achievement. In addition, Carrie operates Foster Wellbeing, providing coaching and consultation for adolescents and educators. With experience as a Fitness Instructor and prior roles including University Supervisor for special education candidates, Carrie has a strong commitment to developing emotional intelligence and resilience in learners. Educational credentials include an Education Specialist Degree focused on Mental Health Practices in Schools, a Master’s degree in Elementary Education, and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education.
