Spencer Padway has a diverse range of work experience. Spencer is currently the Founder and CEO of Search Nurture, a marketing services company focused on helping businesses thrive and achieve growth. Prior to this, they worked at Sellpoints, Inc. where they served as the Vice President of Performance Marketing and Analytics, overseeing a team of 16 professionals and managing various marketing services. Before Sellpoints, Spencer founded Brandfish, an SEO agency that grew quickly and had clients such as BabyCenter and SAY Media. Additionally, they co-founded Legal Motion, a multimedia company for legal professionals, and worked as an IT support specialist at Insurance Personnel Service. Spencer also has experience in co-founding and managing a baseball team, interning at Morgan Stanley, and working as a computer technician at Carefree Computers.
Spencer Padway obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business, completing their studies from 2005 to 2009. Spencer also earned additional certifications in Google Adwords from Google in 2014 and Google Analytics in 2013.
