Ashling Harrison is the current CEO of Search Talent, where Ashling offers a new recruitment experience with subject matter experts. Prior to this, Ashling served as the Managing Director at Head Hunt International for over 30 years. With extensive experience in managing recruitment teams and projects, Ashling has a strong background in sales, marketing, executive search, and various other sectors. Additionally, Ashling has a background in project management from their time at IBM. Throughout their career, Ashling has demonstrated their expertise in strategy development, team management, and client/candidate relationships.
