Poonam Bhatia

Poonam Bhatia is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human capital management and executive search across various sectors. As the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Search Value since September 2012, Poonam has led a company specializing in critical management hiring and consulting in the Diversity & Inclusion space. Prior to this, Poonam held leadership positions at HT Media Ltd, including Vice President of Human Resources and Head of Business Operations for HT Next, managing human capital for the West and South regions of India. Additional roles include Head of Human Resources at Woodstock School and Kodaikanal International School, as well as Vice President at Veritas International Inc. Poonam's academic qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Development from R. A. Podar Institute of Management and a B.Sc. in Foods & Nutrition from Lady Irwin College, Delhi University.
