Raghuvesh Sarup

Raghuvesh Sarup is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing, sales, and leadership roles across prominent organizations. Currently, Sarup serves as Co-Founder of Search Value, focusing on talent acquisition for multinational corporations and Indian companies since May 2023. Additionally, Sarup is an Independent Director at V-Mart Retail Ltd., overseeing a vast network of retail stores. Previously, Sarup held significant positions at Microsoft, including India Head for Partner Business & GTM and Chief Marketing Officer, where contributions led to the transformation of marketing strategies in India. Experience also includes leadership roles at Ola and Nokia, managing large teams and driving sales and marketing initiatives. Sarup’s career commenced at Yum! Brands and Procter & Gamble, establishing a strong foundation in brand management and marketing.
