Max Rostron's work experience begins in 2012 with a summer internship at Santander UK Corporate & Commercial. In the same year, they also founded Chutney Hut and worked as a Marketing Analyst at bolser.

In 2015, Max became a Summer Camp Counselor at Camp Horizons and started their tenure at the University of Nottingham, where they held multiple roles. Alongside their formal education, Max Rostron obtained certifications in Excel 2010 Level 2 from QA Ltd in July 2016, and they also completed training as a SCRUM Master in Agile Teams from QA Ltd. Max has additional certifications in Basic First Aid Training for Sports and Mountain Leadership Terrain 2, though the institutions and specific dates for these certifications are unknown.
