Alexander Ardies

Alexander Ardies is an Associate at Searchlight Capital Partners in London. Alexander previously worked as an Equity Research Intern at Arrowgrass Capital Partners LLP from January to June 2017, and as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group at Credit Suisse from July 2017 to June 2018. Before that, they were a M&A Intern at Lazard in the Benelux coverage from June to August 2016, and a Summer Analyst at Pamplona Capital Management from July to August 2015, where they were responsible for a marketplace lending investment thesis and implemented a data analysis tool for CDS trading in Excel and Python. Alexander also performed the valuation of a pool of performing and non-performing loans. Prior to that, they were a Private Equity Intern at Down 2 Earth Capital from September 2014 to May 2015, and a Summer Analyst at CapitalatWork Foyer Group from July 2014 to October 2014.

Alexander Ardies has a MSc in Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), a Master of Mechanical Engineering: Thermotechnical Sciences from KU Leuven, and an Msc in Management from KU Leuven. Alexander also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from KU Leuven. Alexander has attended a summer school in finance at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and an ASO - Science and Mathematics at Sint-Jan Berchmans College Westmalle.
