Cassie Chen

Prior to joining Searchlight in 2022, Ms. Chen worked as an Investment Manager at Rivean Capital (fka Gilde Buy Out Partners) in Frankfurt. Prior to that, she worked at Moelis & Company in Frankfurt where she was part of the M&A team. Ms. Chen received a MSc from the WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and a BA from Fudan University.
