James Redmayne

James Redmayne has significant experience in finance and investment, currently serving as a Partner at Searchlight Capital Partners since June 2020. Prior to this role, James worked at CVC Capital Partners for over 14 years, ultimately holding the position of Senior Managing Director from October 2005 to February 2020. James began career at Goldman Sachs as an Analyst from July 2003 to August 2005. Academically, James earned a Master of Engineering degree from the University of Oxford between 1998 and 2002, following education at Eton College from 1992 to 1997.
