Mark Nawacki

Mark Nawacki has had a diverse range of work experience. Mark was the President & CEO of Searchlight Pharma Inc., a Montreal-based specialty pharma company focused on acquiring and commercializing specialty healthcare products. Mark also served as a Member of the Board of Directors for IntelGenx Corp., a Member Board of Directors and Chair of the Audit Committee for Kane Biotech Inc, a Member of the Board of Directors for Litha Healthcare Group Limited, and the Executive Vice President of Business and Corporate Development for Paladin Labs. Mark'sroles span from 2003 to the present.

Mark Nawacki has an MBA degree from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management. Mark also holds a BA degree from the University of Toronto - University of Trinity College. Additionally, they have a CA degree from the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants.
