Erica de la Sierra

Erica De La Sierra serves as Counsel in Legal Affairs at Searchlight Pictures since January 2022. Prior to this role, Erica held positions as an Associate Attorney at Lewis Brisbois from August 2019 to December 2021, at LeClairRyan from February 2017 to August 2019, and at Carroll Kelly Trotter Franzen & McKenna from June 2015 to January 2017. Erica earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from UC Irvine.
