Scott Aaron Silver has extensive experience in the visual effects industry, currently serving as VP and Director of Visual Effects at Fox Searchlight Pictures since May 2017. Prior to this role, Scott worked at Sony Pictures Entertainment as Visual Effects Production Supervisor on "Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle" from July 2016 to May 2017. Additional experience includes positions as Visual Effects Production Supervisor for "Maze Runner 3: The Death Cure" at Twentieth Century Fox, and various visual effects coordinator roles on notable films such as "Deadpool," "X-Men: Days of Future Past," and "The Maze Runner." Scott began their career with an internship at Aéro Film in 2008, gradually advancing through multiple visual effects coordinator and assistant coordinator positions across several major studios, including Paramount Pictures and Legendary Entertainment.
