Jo Compton

Jo Compton has a strong background in finance, with experience in various roles and industries. Currently, Jo is the Finance Director at Searchlight Cyber - The Dark Web Experts since May 2023. Prior to this, Jo was the Financial Controller at the same company from September 2021 to May 2023. Jo also worked as a Finance Business Partner at Natures Way Foods from March 2021 to September 2021. Before that, Jo served as the Group Financial Controller at Swan Retail from February 2018 to March 2021. Jo's earlier roles include Management Accountant at Vitacress from January 2012 to January 2018, Business Analyst at Xyratex from May 2011 to January 2012, Finance Analyst at B&Q from May 2009 to May 2011, and Management Accountant at Tui Travel PLC from April 2006 to April 2009.
