Elena Manole

Elena Manole has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Elena is currently working as a Data Engineer at SearchPilot since 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Managing Director at Solveet Strategy starting from 2022.

Before that, Elena worked at BBC from 2020 to 2023, initially as a Software Engineer and then as a Senior Data Engineer. During their time at BBC, they implemented update streams for incremental processing and built a data platform for audience analytics and personalization. Elena also processed high-velocity root streams of analytics data and contributed to A/B testing projects for Machine Learning models.

In 2020, Elena worked as a Full-stack Developer at Malcons-Com, where they developed the company's website and managed a staff-only blog. Elena also organized auctions for public procurement on a high-performance environment.

Prior to that, they were a Cloud Engineer at Lancaster University from 2019 to 2020. In this role, they refactored code and managed student registrations. Elena also served as a "Specialist technician" for the university's events.
