Anuja Kamal

Anuja Kamal has a diverse range of work experience in the technology industry. Anuja is currently working as a Cloud FinOps Consultant at SearchStax since April 2022. Previously, they worked at SoftwareONE starting in April 2019. In their role as a Consultant, they had a background in AWS billing, reconciliation, operations, process design, process implementation, and process improvement. Anuja also had knowledge of AWS Marketplace purchases and good AWS operational knowledge. Anuja then transitioned to the role of Associate-Cloud Commercial at SoftwareONE, where they were responsible for onboarding Cloud Customers to the SoftwareONE Portal as well as Amazon Web Services. Anuja managed billing and reconciliation for global customers, including AISPL, AWS, and AMAZON WEB SERVICES EMEA SAR.

Before joining SoftwareONE, Anuja worked at Team Computers from November 2014 to April 2019. In their role as Cloud Commercial Executive, they managed the billing of AWS and AISPL and handled customer billing related to AWS. Prior to that, they worked as a Cloud Support Engineer at Team Computers from January 2015 to April 2016. In this role, they managed various AWS services such as IAM policies, EC2 servers, VPC, S3 storage, Glacier archiving, ELB, EBS, SES, RDS, CloudFront, Lambda, SNS, and Cloudwatch. Anuja was also responsible for server sizing, capacity planning, and root account management for managing costing for Amazon cloud storage resources.

Additionally, Anuja had a role as a Project Executive at Team Computers from November 2014 to December 2015. In this position, they delivered projects against agreed scope, budget, schedule, and customer expectations. Anuja worked on projects for various banks, including Bank of India, Karnataka Bank, and Allahabad Bank, as well as the LIC project, promptly addressing any issues that may impact operations.

Anuja Kamal completed their Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal, from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Notre Dame Academy Jamalpur, Bihar, from 2008 to 2010, where they completed high school. In addition to their formal education, Anuja Kamal also obtained the certification of AWS Solutions Architect-Associate Level from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
