Samuel Marcik

Samuel Marcik has an extensive work experience in executive search and recruitment. Samuel co-founded SearchTeam.eu in 2015, where they manage and leads recruitment teams, handles client management, business development, and designs internal processes. Prior to that, they founded and managed Waterbridge Partners Intl., an IT outsourcing company specializing in business development and client management. Samuel also worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at CV Partners, where they managed the company branch in Brno and focused on business development.
