Earl Denney

Earl Denney's work experience began in 1967 when they joined Kirby, Montgomery, and Sands, P.A. as an Associate. Earl then worked as an Associate at Howell, Kirby, Montgomery, D'Aiuto, and Dean, P.A. from 1968 to 1969. In 1969, they became a Partner at Howell, Kirby, Montgomery, D'Aiuto, Dean and Hallowes, P.A., holding that role until 1976. From 1976 to 1985, Denney served as a Partner at Montgomery, Lytal, Reiter, Denney & Searcy PA. Earl then joined Montgomery, Searcy & Denney, PA in 1985, where they worked as a Partner until 1989. In 1989, Denney became a Vice President and Partner at Searcy Denney Scarola Barnhart & Shipley, PA, where they worked until their retirement in 2011.

Earl Denney attended the Florida State University from 1960 to 1963, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. Earl then pursued further education at the University of Mississippi School of Law from 1964 to 1967, earning a Juris Doctor degree in the field of Law.
