Mariano Garcia

Mariano Garcia is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer with extensive experience in representing victims of negligence throughout Florida. Currently serving as a Trial Attorney at Searcy Denney Scarola Barnhart & Shipley, PA since July 2011, Mariano has a background in personal injury law from Gonzalez & Garcia, where representation focused on the Latino community. Prior experience includes serving as a Trial Attorney at Conroy Simberg Ganon et al, specializing in liability insurance defense, and as a Trial Attorney at C. Brooks Ricca, Jr. & Associates, P.A., focusing on insurance liability defense and business litigation. Mariano holds a Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida.
