Nicola Sgambelluri

Nicola Sgambelluri is an accomplished Engineering Manager at Pentair since July 2007, specializing in NPD electrical and electronic designs, power electronics, IoT, high-efficiency motors and controls, along with sensors and embedded systems. Nicola has also managed test rooms and labs while contributing to projects involving EMC and certifications. As a foundation member of ADATEC, Nicola is involved in designing innovative products with a focus on research and development, advanced sensors, wireless solutions, and electronic devices. Additionally, Nicola holds a partnership at Seares Srl, has previous experience in electronic engineering consulting, and completed a postdoctoral position at the Interdepartmental Research Centre "E. Piaggio" focusing on haptic interfaces and robotics. Nicola earned a Ph.D. in Automation, Robotics, and Bioengineering from the University of PISA and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from the same institution.
