The Operations and Logistics team at Sears Logistics Services, Inc. is tasked with coordinating the efficient movement and storage of goods across Sears-branded and affiliated stores, as well as for external clients. This includes materials handling, logistical analysis, load planning, and shipping. Team members play critical roles in ensuring seamless supply chain operations, optimizing logistics workflows, and maintaining high standards of service and efficiency throughout the distribution network.
