Chief Executive Officer, Sears Home Services at Sears

Mitch Bowling is the current Chief Executive Officer of Sears Home Services. Mitch has held this position since November of 2017. Prior to that, they were the Chairman of the Board for Renters Warehouse from April 2020 to June 2021. Renters Warehouse is America's largest full-service property management and investment services company for Single-Family Rental homes.

Mitch Bowling has been credited with rapidly transforming Sears Home Services from a traditionally analog business into a digital platform. Mitch has also overseen extensive operational improvements that have driven continuous revenue and maximize profits. Under their leadership, the company has seen a 35% year-over-year improvement in conversion of home warranties.

Most recently, Mitch oversaw and led the implementation of an omni-channel marketing strategy that included five exclusive marketplace brands across multiple advertising mediums. Thanks in large part to Mitch's strategic vision and leadership, Sears Home Services is now a thriving national home services organization.

Mitch Bowling attended Hinton High School in Hinton, WV before going on to study Business Administration and Management at Marshall University. Mitch then completed an Executive Development Program at The Wharton School.
