Laura Watson has over 20 years of experience in the fashion industry. Laura began their career as a Knitwear Designer at Nicole Farhi Fashion Limited in 1995. In 1998, they co-founded Saltwater, where they served as a Creative Director for 12 years. The brand received positive press coverage and expanded its reach globally. In 2010, Laura became the Creative Director at Seasalt, where they were responsible for the overall look and feel of the brand. Laura later was promoted to Chief Creative Officer, overseeing brand message, innovation, and profitability.

Laura Watson completed their Bachelor of Arts in Textile Design at The Manchester Metropolitan University from 1987 to 1990. Laura then pursued a Master of Arts in Fashion Knitwear from the Royal College of Art, attending from 1993 to 1995.
