Kate Duggan

Kate Duggan is a seasoned professional in the field of health and wellbeing, currently serving as a Parent Advisor at the North West Neonatal Operational Delivery Network since October 2023. Kate has extensive experience at Seashell, where roles have included Director of Strategy, Health and Wellbeing, Director of Service Development, and Head of Clinical Services, as well as overseeing Speech and Language Therapy programs for children and young people. Previous positions include School Governor at The Cobbs Infant and Clinical Services Manager at Together Trust. Kate's career also includes leadership roles as Speech and Language Therapy Team Lead and Specialist Speech and Language Therapist. Academically, Kate holds a Master of Science from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Science from Newcastle University, focusing on health services and speech-language pathology.
