Tommy Doria has over 20 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Currently serving as Executive Chef Partner and previously Bar and Service Manager at Seasons 52 Restaurant since October 2013, Tommy has demonstrated leadership and culinary expertise. Prior experience includes General Manager Operations at IL Mulino New York from October 2010 to October 2013 and various management roles at House of Blues from November 2006 to July 2009, including Operations Manager/Beverage Manager and Security Manager. Tommy began a career in the industry as a Supervisor at AJ's Delicatessen and Catering from June 2002 to November 2006. Tommy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Sacred Heart University, obtained between 2002 and 2006.
