Dawn Beck

Dawn Beck is an experienced professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner for the City of Rochester, MN, since August 2024, and as the Owner of New Dawn Consulting since July 2021. Additionally, Dawn is a member of the Board of Directors at Seasons Hospice in Rochester, MN. Previously, Dawn held various roles in Olmsted County, including Administration and Associate Director of Public Health, as well as Environmental Health Manager. Dawn's leadership experience extends to the Rochester Area Quality Council as Board Chair and various positions in Olmsted County Public Health Services. Dawn began a career in healthcare as a Clinical Dietitian at Mayo Medical Center, after serving as Director of Dietary Services at Assisi Heights. Educational achievements include a Policy Fellowship from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, a Master of Arts in Management from St. Marys University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
