James Clarke

James Clarke currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Seaspan Shipyards. Prior to this role, James held various leadership positions at SNC-Lavalin, including CFO/SVP Finance of the Oil & Gas Division, CFO/SVP Finance of the Infrastructure Division, and CFO of Valerus Field Solutions. With a background in private equity funds and mergers & acquisitions, James has a strong foundation in financial planning and governance. James also has experience in managing and reorganizing functions within financial services companies. James holds a BA in Economics and an MBA in Finance from Brigham Young University.
