Richard Leech

Richard Leech is a seasoned leader in shipbuilding, currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing at Seaspan ULC. With experience as a Ship Manager and Area Manager at Seaspan ULC, Richard has a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and driving impactful change. Prior to this, Richard worked as a Foreman at Safway Group and as a Thermal Insulation Technician at Central Mechanical Insulation. Richard is also pursuing a Red Seal in Insulation at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
