Jake Reel

Jake Reel is an experienced Senior Design Engineer at SeaSpine, specializing in high-volume production projects, cost-saving analysis, FEA, and mechanical testing, while also mentoring design engineers. Previously, Jake worked as a Design Engineer at Avance Design, focusing on consumer products and molds, and as a Product Engineer at Crow Works, designing custom furniture for various industries. Earlier experience includes roles as a Mechanical Design Intern at Ross & Baruzzini and Engineering Intern at Covance, along with a leadership position as Head Soccer Coach at Roncalli High School. Jake holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Purdue University.
