Sharlyn Underwood

Sharlyn Underwood has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sharlyn began their career in 2006 as a Registered Nurse at Orlando Health, where they worked until 2008. In 2008, they joined Florida Hospital as a Registered Nurse and remained in this role until 2018. In 2018, they transitioned to OurLegacy Organ and Tissue Donation as an Organ Recovery Coordinator, a position they held until 2021. From 2019 to 2023, Sharlyn worked at SeaStar Medical as a Clinical Consultant. In 2023, they joined ProCure On-Demand as a Procurement Coordinator. Later in 2023, they returned to SeaStar Medical as a Clinical Field Specialist in Critical Care.

Sharlyn Underwood attended Seminole State College from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained an ADN degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Prior to that, they attended the University of Central Florida from 1999 to 2001, where they completed a General Ed degree with a field of study in Elementary Education and Teaching.
