Did you know that almost all plastics collected from beach and ocean clean-ups are sent directly to landfill? Traditional recycling facilities do not have the infrastructure to clean, recycle, and reuse them, so they end up immediately burned or buried.

SeaSweepers is going to change that.

We are working to build the first marine plastic recycling facility in the United States, solely dedicated to the cleaning, recycling, and reusing at least 20,000 tons of ocean plastics per year.

SeaSweepers is also building insight and accountability systems through our first of its kind plastics identifying and tracking app called re:Trace™.
