Anna Homs Quijo

Anna Homs Quijo is a seasoned professional in innovation and project management, currently serving as the Head of Innovation and Team Lead at SEAT, S.A. since March 2021. With a strong focus on strategic planning and cross-functional team coordination, Anna has successfully managed a 35-project R&D portfolio and ensured timely delivery of Infotainment solutions for CUPRA vehicles. Previous experience includes innovation project management at Volkswagen AG, where Anna facilitated global collaboration for in-car digital assistance development, and at Bertrandt Group, where effective coordination led to reliable Connected Infotainment system releases. Anna holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and is pursuing an Executive MBA at IESE Business School.
