Sergio Delgado Caceres

Sergio Delgado Caceres is an experienced professional in lean portfolio management and IT project coordination, currently serving as Lean Portfolio Manager and Release Train Engineer at SEAT, S.A. since February 2019. Sergio has led the implementation of SAFe methodology tailored to SEAT and CUPRA’s digital products. Prior to this role, Sergio worked as a Business Partner Manager, collaborating between business areas and IT departments to align project requirements. Earlier experience includes serving as Scrum Master and Amaris Team Lead at Amaris, where Sergio contributed to the "Factory of the Future" project and developed a complete B2B system. Sergio has also held positions at Deloitte España, Grupo Sesé, Jobelsa, and DECATHLON, focusing on business intelligence development, administrative management, and production operations. Sergio holds an Engineer's degree in telecommunications from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and an additional degree from Nottingham Trent University through the ERASMUS program.
