Scott Lewis is currently the Restaurant Partnerships Associate at Seated. Prior to this, they were with Merchants Hospitality Inc from May 2016 to May 2017 as a Consulting Restaurant Manager. There, they were responsible for managing multiple restaurant properties which included recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training staff. Scott also led training classes on mixology, wine, cuisine, and service. Other duties included identifying areas for improvement and executing solutions, scheduling staff, and creating seasonal cocktail menu's, specials, and themed promotions.
From May 2015 to May 2016, Scott was with Forrest Solutions Group as the Hospitality Booking and Talent Manager. There they recruited hospitality staff, interviewed and hired hospitality staff, trained hospitality staff, staffed premium events, planned and executed events from 30-3000 guests, did cold calling, administrative payroll duties, client management, client acquisition, and more.
Scott then became the Assistant General Manager at CAFETERIA (Empire Diner) from May 2017 to February 2018. After that they went back to bartending at Bo's Bar Room and Kitchen from March 2015 to May 2015. Scott then became the Head Bartender, Head Mixologist, and Event Captain at 42 The Restaurant from September 2014 to February 2015.
Scott Lewis has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from State University of New York College at Potsdam, and a certification from TIPS. Scott also went to Regents High School and Irvington High School.
