Sophia Jin

Sophia Jin is currently a Senior Manager of CRM Marketing at Seated. Sophia has over 10 years of experience in marketing and previously worked as a Senior Marketing Manager at Ask Applications from January 2018 to September 2019.

Sophia has a strong background in digital marketing and has led global customer acquisition and retention strategy for various software products. Sophia is experienced in managing all CPC, PPC, and CPA campaigns, as well as developing and executing A/B tests across digital ad campaigns and landing pages. Sophia has also made significant improvements to Email Deliverability through audience segmentation and email address subdomain migration.

In their current role at Seated, Sophia manages all aspects of the CRM program including developing email marketing campaigns, building customer journeys, and creating automated nurture programs. Sophia also works closely with the sales team to ensure that all leads are being followed up on in a timely manner.

Sophia Jin has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross. Sophia also has a Townsend Harris Honor Degree from the Beijing Institute of Education. Sophia has worked as a Program Assistant/Student in the College of the Holy Cross Summer Business Program. Sophia Jin currently attends Townsend Harris High School.
