Annaliese Godderz

Annaliese Godderz has a diverse work experience in various industries. Annaliese started their career in 2012 as a Sales and Marketing Associate at CraveLabs, where they managed social media campaigns and performed market research. Later, they worked as a Sales and Business Development professional at Startup Institute, where they closed deals with retailers. In 2014, Annaliese worked at Tommy Hilfiger as an Entertainment PR Assistant and Sales Coordinator Temp. Annaliese then joined The Grommet as a Program Associate, analyzing businesses and managing co-workers. In 2015, Annaliese worked at hOM Inc. as the Director of Events and later as a Brand Marketing Specialist. Annaliese founded Yogaliese in 2014, focusing on yoga and wellness programming. Annaliese also worked at Quilt, where they served as the City Expansion Manager and Community Lead, helping to build Quilt communities and connect working women. Annaliese later joined Grailed as a Talent Acquisition Associate, and most recently, they worked at Artsy as an Associate Recruiter and Recruitment Consultant. Currently, Annaliese is serving as a Business Recruiter at SeatGeek.

Annaliese Godderz completed their BA degree in Philosophy and Sociology at Boston University from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a Yoga Teacher Certification from Yoga Alliance in January 2014 and completed a certification in Inclusive Hiring from Greenhouse Software in May 2022.
