Ashley Usera

Ashley Usera is a seasoned professional in ticket operations and sports management with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as a Senior Catalog Specialist at SeatGeek since August 2021, Ashley previously held multiple positions at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, including Director of Ticket Operations, Associate Director, and Assistant Director of Ticket Operations from July 2016 to July 2021. Prior to that, valuable experience was gained as Assistant Athletic Director for Tickets & Marketing at Virginia Military Institute and through internships and assistant roles at Villanova University, Virginia Commonwealth University, and Kennesaw State University. Ashley holds a Master of Education in Sport Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management with a Marketing focus from Kennesaw State University.
