Bea O.

Bea O. has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Bea started their career as an HR Assistant at Carphone Warehouse in 2006 and later joined ARAMARK UK as an HR Officer. At ARAMARK UK, they gained experience in various HR functions such as job advertisement, disciplinary and grievance advice, redundancy calculations, and talent management training.

Bea then moved to Phones 4u, where they held roles as an Employment Relations Advisor, Senior ER Advisor, and HR Manager (National). During their time at Phones 4u, they developed skills in employee relations, advising on policies and procedures, and managing HR operations.

In 2014, Bea joined Dixons Carphone as an HR Manager (National), where they successfully led a team of HR professionals, supported territory heads and regional managers, and managed a large-scale TUPE transfer. Bea also played a key role in harmonizing contracts, implementing probation and secondment processes, and improving recruitment and leavers processes.

Bea's next career move was at Amazon, where they held various HR positions including HR Business Partner, Senior HR Business Partner (Temp), HR Manager, and finally, Senior HR Optimization Manager. At Amazon, they contributed to creating a customer-centric culture and worked towards increasing delivery capacity.

Currently, Bea O. holds the position of Senior Human Resources Manager EMEA at SeatGeek, where they are responsible for HR operations in the EMEA region.

Bea O. attended the University of Hertfordshire from 2004 to 2008, where they pursued a degree in Business Studies with HRM. Their field of study focused on Business Studies.
