Pavel Rephiah

Pavel Rephiah has extensive work experience in software engineering and management roles. Pavel started their career as a software engineer at Future Directed Ltd. from 1999 to 2002. Pavel then joined Toptix in 2002 and held various positions, including Team Leader and VP R&D, where they managed a team of 15 software developers. In April 2017, SeatGeek acquired Toptix, and Pavel became an employee of SeatGeek. At SeatGeek, they served as the Software Development Director and later as the Senior Director of Software Engineering and Site Lead. In these roles, they oversaw all aspects of software lifecycle development, managed multiple development teams, and was responsible for training, collaboration, and management.

Pavel Rephiah obtained a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from the University of Haifa between 1992 and 1995. In addition to their formal education, Pavel has acquired several additional certifications. In July 2019, they completed the "React.js Essential Training" course offered by LinkedIn. Pavel further enhanced their skills by obtaining certifications in Agile Foundations and Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management from LinkedIn in October 2020. Most recently, in February 2022, Pavel obtained an Incident Responder Certification from PagerDuty.
