Shylah Andrews

Shylah Andrews has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Most recently, they worked at SeatGeek as a Senior Manager of Software Engineering - Data Science since January 2023. Before that, they were the Director of Software Engineering at Integrated Auction Solutions (IAS) from September 2022 to January 2023. From February 2021 to September 2022, Shylah worked as a Manager II of Software Engineering at Datto, Inc. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Auto/Mate Dealership Systems, where they held the positions of Senior Software Development Manager from March 2018 to February 2021, and Software Development Manager from May 2014 to February 2018. Shylah also worked at Conservation Services Group as a Manager of Software Services from November 2013 to May 2014. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at Aurora Studios NYC, including Software Development Manager from September 2011 to November 2013, Software Developer from June 2010 to September 2011, Producer from May 2006 to June 2010, and Production Assistant from August 2004 to May 2006. Shylah also has experience working at Columbia University in the City of New York as an Office Assistant from September 2007 to May 2009, and as an Emerging Scholars Group Leader from September 2008 to December 2008. Shylah started their career at New York University as a Production Coordinator from September 2006 to May 2007.

Shylah Andrews earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Computer Science from Columbia University, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Following that, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Shylah has obtained an Incident Responder Certification from PagerDuty in July 2023.
