Frank Bisconti

Frank Bisconti is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Partner at SeatonHill Partners since October 2022, Frank focuses on providing strategic financial leadership for small and medium-sized businesses. Previously, Frank held positions such as Director of Operations/Treasurer at Immanuel Lutheran Church and School, and held multiple executive roles at Consultus Management Partners, LLC, including Interim COO & CFO and Senior Business Consultant. As the Founding CFO of Elgin Math and Science Academy Charter School, Frank oversaw comprehensive financial and operational functions. Other notable roles include CFO at Elite Orthopedic Specialists, LLC, and in senior management at Savant Sourcing, LLC and Imagemark, Inc. Frank's early career includes significant contributions at ABC Supply Co. and Pierce Distribution Services, Inc., as well as key positions at Home Shopping Network, Inc.
