Gerry Pascale

Gerry Pascale is a Partner on the Southeast team of SeatonHill, bringing over 20 years of experience in facilitating capital raises, assisting with public listings, and establishing financial systems for growth companies. Currently serving as CFO Partner at SeatonHill, Gerry specializes in managing financial reporting processes, including statement preparation and audits for public companies. Previously, Gerry held the role of CEO and CFO at SC Financial Group, LLC, and served as Chief Financial Officer at Netfin Acquisition Corp. Gerry earned an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a degree in Accounting from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
