Greg Coffey

Greg Coffey joined SeatonHill in 2017, bringing nearly 30 years of corporate finance experience to the firm and its clients. Greg was named SeatonHill’s Chief Operating Officer in August 2019.

Greg has proven expertise in corporate finance, capital markets, financial planning and analysis, global treasury, corporate insurance and risk management, and investor relations. His industry experience includes retail and wholesale distribution, IT services, and transportation.

Greg has served in broad, strategic finance roles while serving as executive-level treasurer of Sally Beauty Holdings and Pier 1 Imports, and as CFO of Dean & DeLuca. He previously held corporate finance, capital markets, and financial planning and analysis positions at Electronic Data Systems and American Airlines.

Greg holds an MBA degree with Finance and Marketing concentrations from Vanderbilt University and a BBA degree in Finance from the University of Central Arkansas where he played on the golf team. Greg and his family reside in Fort Worth, Texas.
